Definition
Used as a Check, the system shall detect periods where speech is occurring in the audio but no captions/subtitles are displayed. Optionally the system may report the total number of seconds where the audio contained speech with no captions/subtitles displayed.

Used as Report, the system shall report the time intervals where speech is occurring in the audio but no captions/subtitles are displayed. The system will also report the total number of seconds where the audio contained speech with no captions/subtitles displayed.
