Description
Audio Distortion impacts both the content and the technical quality of the asset. The customer experience is negatively impacted by audio playback containing content that distracts from the overall experience and not typically creative intent given the context of the scene.
Definition
Used in Checks, the system shall determine if there is an errant manipulation of sound, experienced in relation to dialogue, music, and or effects, unintentional or which has no context within the scene. Only distortions with a duration equal to or above the minimum duration provided as an input will be detected. It may optionally report the location (time, audio service) of the distortion.

Used in Reports, the system shall report the location (time, audio service) of the distortions found.
