Description
In MXF the information depends on the video codec used.
Note that it is *not* entirely clear if the last GOP (which is often shorter than the other GOPs) is included or not.

MPEG Descriptor:
True if the number of B frames is always constant.

AVC Sub Descriptor:
True if the number of the consecutive B Pictures is always constant.
FALSE if the number of the consecutive B Pictures is not constant or is unknown.
Definition
Used in Checks, the system shall read out the value indicated in the wrapper metadata and check if it matches the expected one specified in the input. Optionally, the system may report the wrapper metadata value.

Used in Reports, the system shall read out the value indicated in the wrapper metadata and report it.
