Description
The video bit rate specifies the average or the maximum bit rate of the complete related video.
Definition
Used in Checks, the system shall read out the video bit rate from the wrapper metadata and check against the expected bitrate. Optionally it may report the Video Bit Rate.

Used in Reports, the system shall read out the video bit rate from the wrapper metadata and report it.
