Description
In MXF an index table is divided into index table segments which can be distributed over several partitions of a file.

Some user constraints, such as RDD-9, need the index table segments to be placed in specific places and order.
Definition
Used in Checks, the system shall read out the index table segment sets indicated in the wrapper and check if presence and location match the expected ones specified in the input. Optionally, the system may report the values.

Used in Reports, the system shall read out the index table segment sets indicated in the wrapper metadata and report their presence and location.
