This Test depends on the wrapped video codec:
- for MPEG-2 in MXF: "Profile And Level" is signalled in one metadata element, e.g. "130" (= 422P@HL).
- for AVC in MXF there are two metadata elements: "AVC Profile" signals e.g. 122 ( = High 4:2:2 Intra) "AVC Levels" signals e.g. 41 ( = Level 4.1). If only one metadata element can be detected, the Check Result shall be false.

For MPEG-2 in MXF the value shall be identical with the "profile_and_level_indication" in the MPEG-2 sequence header extension.
For AVC in MXF the value shall be identical with "profile_idc" and "level_idc" in the sequence parameter set.
